Our conference team goes all out in making sure we produce an Annual Conference worthy of its name and our mission of protecting our water environment through education and training. Training is offered in the topics and technical areas you need, making receiving training at AC12 the most cost-effective way to build your skills and your agency?s capabilities. We?re pleased to announce that over 64 hours have been approved for CA DPH water licenses, providing agencies even more value as their staff can get both their water and wastewater hours.
We?ve put together a Toolkit for Agency employees to reference and use when seeking approval and financial support in receiving technical training at AC12. ?There will be over 100 technical sessions, 11 pre-conference workshops and five technical tours totaling 247.3 hours of education. ?An individual can earn up to 33 CWEA contact hours for CWEA certification(s.) ?We are working with the State Water Resources Control Board to determine how many continuing education unit points will be available. ?Detailed descriptions of our training sessions and networking event opportunities are available in the Annual Conference 2012 Guide.
We are only successful in keeping California water clean when we are all present, learning together and fine-tuning our individual and agency capabilities. ?We?ll see you at AC12 in Sacramento, California April 17-20.
