Bloomsday?the June 16th commemoration of James Joyce's "Ulysses," set entirely on a single Dublin day in 1904?gets a seismic kick this year. Joyce's works, which have been subject to restricted use by his estate, came out of European copyright in January and, for the first time, Dublin's Bloomsday celebration, a tradition now for decades, can quote "Ulysses" at will.
